The basic process is: various fine metal powders (generally less than 20um) are mixed with a preset binder in a certain proportion to make a feed with rheological properties, which is then injected into the mold cavity by an injection machine to form a part blank. After the binder is removed and the blank is sintered at high temperature, various metal parts can be obtained.
